Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75.

Fragile Items & Packaging

All ceramic products are carefully wrapped and packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of breakage during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at allumez11@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.
