Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damaged or Broken Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, ceramics are fragile. If your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at allumez11@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the broken item.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original, unused condition and original packaging, with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns on used, custom, or sale items.

How to Start a Return

Email allumez11@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

FDA Compliance

All Allumez ceramic products are manufactured to comply with FDA standards for food-contact materials. Our glazes are tested for safe everyday use.
